By accessing or using the Roavista website, platform, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

Roavista provides a curated marketplace connecting Hosts with Guests. Roavista does not own or manage any listings.

To access full booking features, registration is required. You agree to:

• Maintain absolute security of account credentials.
• Provide accurate profile intelligence.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your ID.

When a Guest reserves a sanctuary, they agree to pay the total fees identified during checkout.

Roavista shall not be liable for any incidental damages resulting from your use of our property collection.

To ensure a seamless and undisturbed experience, all sanctuary reservations operate on a standardized 24-hour cycle. A single-day booking grants you exclusive access to your chosen property beginning at 12:00 PM on your arrival day until 12:00 PM the following day. This data regarding your arrival and departure is strictly used to coordinate housekeeping and secure your access credentials during your reserved window.
